The goal of the program is to support young people in participating in various international events, presenting their experience and work, as well as acquiring new knowledge and developing their skills.
Within the scope of the program, the cost of the airfare purchased for participating in the event is reimbursed.
From the funds of the RA state budget, financial assistance is provided to teachers working in certain remote and hard-to-reach areas, as well as to students who are forced to attend schools in other communities due to the absence of educational institutions in their place of residence. This assistance is intended to reimburse their transportation expenses.
Within the framework of the program, the cost of textbooks is reimbursed for children from socially vulnerable families and families receiving social assistance in border communities of the Republic of Armenia.

Ծրագրի շրջանակում պետությունն ապահովում է զոհված, հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների և աշխարհազորայինների, ծնողազուրկ և անապահով ընտանիքների 7-13 տարեկան երեխաների ամառային հանգիստը և տրանսպորտային ծախսերի փոխհատուցումը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում աջակցություն է տրամադրվում գիտական և գիտատեխնիկական գործունեության բազային ֆինանսավորման ծրագիր իրականացնող գիտական կազմակերպություններին և բուհերին՝ գիտական միջոցառումների կազմակերպման և երիտասարդ գիտնականների դպրոցի ֆինանսավորման նպատակով։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում ՀՀ պետական և ոչ պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցների 1-4-րդ դասարանների աշակերտներին դասագրքերը տրամադրվում են անվճար։

Participants of the program are eligible to receive a refund of the income tax they have paid, which is used to compensate their tuition fee. The refunded amount is calculated based on the total income tax paid from the participant’s salary over the course of one year.
Within the framework of the program, scholarships are provided to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in full-time studies at higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia who meet the specified requirements.

To promote physical development and a healthy lifestyle, education at youth sports centers is provided free of charge for boys and girls under the age of 18.
A named scholarship is granted to those athletes of the Republic of Armenia, as well as their coaches, who have achieved high results while being part of the national teams of Armenia in Olympic, Paralympic, Deaflympic sports and chess during the Olympic, Paralympic, Deaflympic Games, World and European Championships, and Chess Olympiads.
