To receive a named scholarship for athletes and coaches, the sports federations must apply to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.

Applications must be submitted by December 5 of the current year.

Eligibility Requirements
Beneficiaries of the program are athletes who are members of national sports teams and have demonstrated high performance, as well as their coaches.

Required Documents
To receive a named scholarship for athletes and coaches, it is necessary to submit the nomination forms for the candidates, and official records confirming their results.

Timeline and Procedure
The collection of documents and compilation of the list of beneficiaries is carried out by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. The final decision regarding the nomination of candidates is made by a designated committee.

Athletes and coaches receive the named scholarship for high achievements registered during the previous year, starting from January 1 of the following year, for a period of one year.
