To receive full or partial reimbursement of tuition fees, a student can apply to the educational institution where they are studying.

Eligibility Requirements

Students eligible for full reimbursement of tuition fees include those who:

• Are under 23 years old and have lost parental care;
• Have a 1st or 2nd degree disability;
• Have parents who became 1st or 2nd degree disabled during compulsory military service;
• Come from a family of a fallen soldier.

Students eligible for partial reimbursement of tuition fees include those who:

• Are socially vulnerable,
• Live in border communities,
• Have participated in military operations,
• Have two or more minor children,
• Are raised by a single parent.

Required Documents
To apply for partial or full reimbursement of tuition fees, the student must submit:

• An application,
• A document confirming their eligibility status.

Amount of Support
The tuition fee for preliminary and secondary vocational education is reimbursed by the state up to 70% of the total amount.

Timeline and Procedure

• Support is provided within 15 working days after the applications are reviewed.
• Each year, the Government of Armenia determines the number and amount of state scholarships based on the annual state budget allocation for higher educational institutions.
