To receive support for a scientific business trip, the head of the organization must submit a written application to the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Committee of Higher Education and Science (address: 22 Orbeli Brothers Street, Yerevan).

About the Program
Within the framework of the program, financial support is provided to researchers working in Armenian scientific institutions to participate, primarily with an oral presentation, in the following international scientific events:

• Conferences
• Scientific congresses
• Symposiums
• Seminars

Requirements

• To be eligible for support, the applicant must be a researcher employed at a scientific institution in the Republic of Armenia and must have received an invitation to participate in the scientific event.
• The application must be submitted within 30 days before the trip, after receiving the invitation to the scientific event.

• Application
• Invitation letter or confirmation of accepted presentation
• Researcher’s scientific performance review

Attention

Within 10 days after the trip, the researcher must submit to the Committee a report on the results of the trip and copies of boarding passes.

Provision Timeline and Procedure

• Support is provided once per year per researcher
• The committee reviews the application and issues a positive or negative decision
• Within 3 days after approval or receipt of the official invitation, a financial order is issued specifying the total amount of travel expenses (travel cost, participation fee, per diem, accommodation, etc.)
• The Committee informs the applicant organization in writing of the decision within 5 working days
