To receive a student scholarship, an application must be submitted to a higher education institution between August 15 and September 15 of each year.

Eligibility Requirements
Students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate programs at accredited universities in Armenia are eligible for the student scholarship if they:

• Have high academic performance,
• Are studying specialties important to the state,
• Have a 1st or 2nd degree disability,
• Are without parental care (under the age of 23).

Required Documents
To apply for the scholarship, students must submit the following:

• An application form (provided at the institution),
• A certificate confirming social status (for those from socially vulnerable groups)
• A medical certificate confirming disability status (if applicable),
• A document confirming high academic performance.

Amount of Support

• For high-performing students: 70,000–77,000 AMD, depending on the previous year’s average quality score,
• For students with 1st or 2nd degree disabilities: 50,000 AMD,
• For students without parental care: 75,000 AMD.

Attention
The provision of state scholarships is reviewed annually at the end of each academic year.

Payment Procedure and Timeline

• The student scholarship is provided starting from the month after the application is submitted.
