An organization wishing to receive support for organizing a scientific event or a young scientists’ school must apply to the RA Committee of Higher Education and Science
(Address: 22 Orbeli Brothers St., Yerevan).

About the Program
The program aims to support organizations and universities engaged in scientific and scientific-technical activities to organize and conduct the following types of events:

• Scientific congress
• Scientific conference
• Symposium
• Seminar
• Young scientists’ school

Requirements
Applications for support must be submitted at least 3 months before the planned event.

Required Documents
To receive support, the following documents must be submitted:

• Application form
• Financial support request for organizing the scientific event or young scientists’ school
• Event announcement text including the venue, dates, program, organizing committee composition, publication format of materials, event website link, etc.

Provision Procedure and Deadlines

• The application is reviewed by a commission established by the Committee, which issues a positive or negative conclusion.
• At least 15 days before the event, a financial support agreement is signed between the Committee and the organization.
• At least 10 days before the event, the organization submits the event announcement text to the Committee with detailed information as listed above.

Attention
Within 15 days after the event, the organization must submit an event implementation report to the Committee.
