Ծրագրի շրջանակում պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար պայմաններով ՀՀ ամբողջ բնակչության համար կազմակերպվում է նորագույն և թանկարժեք տեխնոլոգիաներով մատուցվող աորտայի անևրիզմաների պատռվածքների և շերտազատումների վիրահատություններ:

Ծրագրի շրջանակում անվճար կարգով սուր ինֆարկտի դեպքում իրականացվում է դեղապատ ստենտի (Stent for Life) տեղադրում և համավճարով աորտա-կորոնար շունտավորում։ 

Through a government order, it is possible to access free and preferential medical care and services guaranteed by the state at healthcare organizations in the Republic of Armenia.

Պետական պատվերի միջոցով հնարավորություն է տրվում ՀՀ առողջապահության կազմակերպություններում օգտվելու պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայություններից։

Within the framework of the program, medication for specific social or special groups is provided with full or partial reimbursement.

Ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվում է հիվանդների դեղորայքի արժեքի փոխհատուցում որոշ հիվանդությունների դեպքում։

Ծրագրի շրջանակում առանձին սոցիալական կամ հատուկ խմբերի դեղորայքը հատկացվում է լրիվ կամ մասնակի փոխհատուցմամբ։

Ծրագրի շրջանակում ՀՀ-ում հաշվառված 0-22 տարիքային խմբի պացիենտներին ըստ պահանջարկի անվճար տրամադրվում են ինսուլինային անալոգներ։

Within the framework of the program, free screening of the cervix is carried out for women aged 30–60. Vaccination against Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection is performed among adolescent girls aged 13–14 as a preventive measure against cervical cancer.

The purpose of the support is the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer.

Under this program, all patients who have a medical indication for cancer treatment are provided with the drug Mvasi (Bevacizumab) free of charge.

Within the framework of this support program, medical care and services guaranteed by the state free of charge or on preferential terms (state order) provide gynecological and obstetric services at women's consultations and health centers.

Outpatient medical care and services include types of medical assistance that do not require round-the-clock medical supervision and treatment (including home visits). It encompasses preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative measures.

Within the framework of the program, inpatient medical care and services are provided free of charge or on preferential terms (state-funded) to individuals under the age of 18.

Palliative care is a medical support for people with severe or incurable illnesses. It helps improve their quality of life and supports their families. This care includes managing physical symptoms as well as social and emotional needs.

Socially vulnerable individuals and those in specific (special) groups can receive dental medical services guaranteed by the state, free of charge or under preferential conditions.

Within the framework of the program, free screening is carried out for the prevention of diabetes and arterial hypertension, with the goal of early detection and prevention of these conditions.

If the disease is detected, the necessary medication or medical supervision is provided. 

Within the framework of the support program, and taking into account the patient's neurological status and the duration of clinical signs of cerebral ischemic stroke, intravenous thrombolytic treatment or thrombectomy (mechanical removal of the clot) is performed. The services are provided in cases of acute and subacute cerebral ischemic stroke.

Within the framework of the program, treatment is organized for patients with Hepatitis C, providing them with direct-acting antiviral medicine free of charge.

Ծրագրի շրջանակում հաստատված չարորակ նորագոյացության ախտորոշման դեպքում տրամադրվում են պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական որոշ հետազոտություններ ու ծառայություններ։

An experimental screening program for the early detection of colorectal cancer has been introduced in medical institutions of the Republic of Armenia. The goal of this program is the early detection of malignant neoplasms of the bowel (colon, rectum, sigmoid colon, and anus), known as colorectal cancer.

Under this program, individuals with mental health conditions are provided free psychiatric care and services by the state, both in inpatient (hospital) and outpatient (ambulatory) settings.

The government guarantees free hospital medical care and services, referred to as the "state order," for obstetric and gynecological care provided in medical organizations throughout the Republic of Armenia.

This hospital medical care is delivered only when treatment or diagnosis is impossible to perform in an outpatient setting, when the patient's full recovery can only be secured while they are in the hospital, or when the patient has a disease that poses a danger to others.

Within the framework of the program, hemodialysis medical care and services are provided under conditions guaranteed free of charge by the state.

Within the framework of this program, continuous (dispensary) monitoring is organized as part of the narcological medical care and services provided free of charge and under other conditions guaranteed by the state.

This program provides the population with the opportunity to conduct special and hard-to-access diagnostic investigations within the framework of the free and subsidized medical care and services guaranteed by the state.

Medical investigations are considered special and hard-to-access if they are not regionally accessible within Armenia and are not included in the package of free laboratory and instrumental diagnostic tests performed in polyclinics for the entire population of the Republic of Armenia.

Emergency medical care, including patient transportation and hospitalization, is provided free of charge across Armenia under state guarantees.

Services are organized through the emergency medical care service and the rapid response outbound emergency medical service (Sanavia).

This service is used when a patient cannot be transported to a medical facility or requires a specialized consultation for diagnosis or treatment.

Under the program, patients with Stage 1 through Stage 3 breast cancer are provided with the drug Trastuzumab.

The program provides the opportunity to receive medical assistance and services using assisted reproductive technologies free of charge or with a co-payment.

Within the framework of the program, surgical procedures for ruptured and dissecting aortic aneurysms, provided with the newest and most expensive technologies, are organized free of charge for the entire population of the Republic of Armenia, guaranteed by the state.

To promote a healthy lifestyle in the Republic of Armenia, the Government of Armenia has initiated a program under which students and employees of higher education institutions and secondary vocational education institutions will receive support for purchasing a bicycle during 2025–2027.

Specifically, if a citizen receives a loan of up to 300,000 AMD, the state will subsidize the interest on the loan up to 16%.
