Receive Psychiatric Medical Care
Under this program, individuals with mental health conditions are provided free psychiatric care and services by the state, both in inpatient (hospital) and outpatient (ambulatory) settings.
If psychiatric care is needed, you should visit a psychiatric hospital or clinic that provides mental health services.
For planned care, you should go to the psychiatric organization at your place of registration.

Required Documents
To receive psychiatric medical care, you must provide:
- Passport or ID card (except in urgent inpatient cases where ID is unavailable)
- For inpatient care: a referral from a psychiatric organization, or in urgent cases, a referral from emergency medical services or a conclusion from the on-duty psychiatric physician.
Support Amount
Psychotropic medications and psychiatric care are fully free of charge for individuals with mental health conditions.
