Register at a Local Polyclinic
To receive medical services, repatriates and individuals with permanent residency status in Armenia can register at a territorial polyclinic or a private hospital in Armenia.
If registered at a polyclinic, individuals can access free healthcare services, including:
- primary medical care,
- maternity care,
- medical assistance for children under 18 years old.
How to register?
This service is available in person by visiting a medical facility.
To register at a territorial polyclinic, you need to:
- visit the nearest territorial polyclinic,
- submit the required documents,
- sign an agreement with the polyclinic to become a registered beneficiary.
Requirements
To register at a polyclinic, you must:
- have Armenian citizenship or permanent/special residency status in Armenia,
- be registered at a residential address in Armenia.
Required documents
To register, you must provide the following documents at the polyclinic:
- passport,
- permanent residence card or special passport
- public Services Number (Social Card Number).
Processing time
Registration is completed on the same day after submitting the required documents.
