Obtain a certificate about the public services number (PSN)
The Public Services Number (PSN), also known as Social Services Number, is a unique 10-digit number. It is provided to:
- Armenian citizens,
- foreigners holding RA residency,
- stateless persons permanently living in Armenia,
- refugees.
You can get a certificate about your PSN at the Migration and Citizenship Service or its local offices.
You can request a certificate about Public Services Number (PSN) if:
- you are an Armenian citizen and do not have a social security card or PSN,
- your PSN is not mentioned in your ID card.
You can also request a certificate about PSN for a child under 16. The child's parent or legal representative (guardian or custodian) must request it.
How to apply online (to view the English version, use the browser's translation tool):
- after the identification, go to the "Applicant information" page and fill in your details,
- select whether the application is for yourself or a child,
- click the "Submit application" button.
