Citizenship, Identification and Residence Status

Obtain certificate about the public services number (PSN)

The Public Services Number (PSN) is a unique 10-digit number. It is given to:

  • Armenian citizens
  • Foreign nationals with the right to live in Armenia
  • Stateless persons living permanently in Armenia
  • Refugees

You can get a reference for your PSN from the Migration and Citizenship Service, or from its local offices.

You can request a reference if:

  • You are an Armenian citizen and do not have a social card or PSN
  • Your PSN is not included in your ID card

You can also request a reference for a child under 16. This request must be made by the child's parent or legal representative (guardian or custodian).

How to apply online (to view the English version use the browser's translation tool):

  • After logging in, go to your "Applicant Page" and fill in your personal details.
  • Select whether the application is for yourself or for a child.
  • Click "Submit Application."

This service is free of charge.


Delivery Period

The reference will be sent to your email right away. It will also appear in the "Applications" section of your account after you refresh the page.
