Obtain certificate about the public services number (PSN)
The Public Services Number (PSN) is a unique 10-digit number. It is given to:
- Armenian citizens
- Foreign nationals with the right to live in Armenia
- Stateless persons living permanently in Armenia
- Refugees
You can get a reference for your PSN from the Migration and Citizenship Service, or from its local offices.
A reference for the Public Services Number (PSN) is provided to an Armenian citizen if they do not have a social card or PSN, or if their identification card does not include their PSN.
To book an appointment:
After clicking the "Book Visit" button, you need to:
- Enter your email address and phone number on the next page, then enter the code sent to your email, and click the "Next Page" button.
- On the next page, select the desired region or community, then in the "Visit Location" field, choose one of the suggested options.
- Fill in the required personal details (first and last name must be entered in Armenian, as written in the passport).
- In the "Select Date and Time" window, choose the most suitable available date and time.
A reference for the PSN is also provided to children under 16 at the request of their parent or legal representative (guardian or custodian).
Attention
To obtain a reference for a child’s PSN, you must visit the passport department at the child’s place of registration.

To receive the PSN reference, you must present your passport.
Payment Amount
The PSN reference is provided free of charge.
Delivery Period
The reference is provided immediately.
