Submit a rental statement
When renting out real estate, you need to sign a contract registered with the state. However, if the contract is not officially registered, you must submit a declaration to the tax authority regarding renting out the real estate or terminating the lease.
To submit a rental declaration or terminate the lease, RA citizens can access the platform using the "YesEm" national identification system or by registering. Foreign citizens can access the platform by registering.
How to register?
To register, after clicking the "Continue" button, you need to:
- click the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page,
- scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Register now",
- select your citizenship and fill in the required data,
- enter the verification code received via email, then the code received via mobile phone,
- create a password and confirm it.
How to submit a rental statement?
After registering on the platform, to submit a declaration:
- log into the platform by entering your email address and password,
- click the "Send an application, request, or complaint" button,
- select the "Application" option,
- choose the "Individual" applicant type,
- select the relevant state authority, in this case, the "State Revenue Committee",
- attach the completed and signed application and declaration forms,
- click the "Next" button and confirm your application.
Requirements
To submit a rental statement and declaration to the tax authority, you must have:
- Public Services Number (PSN, also known as Social Services Number),
- taxpayer identification number (TIN).
Attention
The declaration must be submitted within 5 days after renting out the property, and within 5 days after the lease termination.
Required documents
To submit the declaration, you should have:
- a passport or an ID card,
- Public Services Number (PSN, also known as Social Services Number),
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
