To register or end a real estate lease, citizens must visit any taxpayer service center. You will need to bring the required documents, your application, and declaration. The forms for these are available on-site.

Requirements

To submit a rental statement and declaration to the tax authority, you must have:

• Public Services Number (PSN, also known as Social Services Number),
• taxpayer identification number (TIN).

Attention

The declaration must be submitted within 5 days after renting out the property, and within 5 days after the lease termination.

Required documents

To submit the declaration, you should have:

• a passport or an ID card,
• Public Services Number (PSN, also known as Social Services Number),
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
