Obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
The taxpayer identification number is a unique identification number assigned to each taxpayer. It is issued by the State Revenue Committee of Armenia.
Citizens of the Republic of Armenia and foreign citizens living in Armenia must visit any taxpayer service center to obtain a taxpayer identification number (TIN) by submitting the required documents and an application form provided on-site (foreign citizens can fill the application in English or Russian).
Non-resident citizens apply through the power of attorney or online.
Requirements
To obtain a taxpayer identification number (TIN), you should have a Public Services Number (PSN, also called Social Services Number; use the browser's translation tool to view the English version of the service) or the number on the certificate stating that you do not have a PSN.
Required documents
To obtain a taxpayer identification number (TIN), you need to provide:
- passport or ID card,
- Public Services Number (PSN, also called Social Services Number),
- if you do not have a PSN (Public or Social Services Number), the number of the certificate stating that you do not have one.
Delivery period and procedure
The taxpayer identification number (TIN) will be provided instantly after applying with the required documents.
