Obtaining a Certificate of Criminal Record
To obtain a certificate of criminal record and search status, it is possible to apply online or in person:

after applying online, the certificate can be obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 10:00-12:00),

in case of applying in person, it will be necessary to visit the department both when submitting the application and when receiving the certificate (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 10:00-12:00).

How to Apply
To submit the application, after clicking the "Continue" button, you must fill in the required data and make the payment by following the instructions.
Furthermore, it is necessary to select the country where the certificate is to be submitted. For example, if the certificate is to be presented to the Embassy of Spain located in Russia, you must select Spain from the list of countries.
To obtain the certificate, individuals aged 16 and over may apply in person or through a parent, sister, brother, spouse, child, or authorized representative. The application for a person aged 14–16 is submitted by their parent or legal representative.
Requirements
Most of the data in the system will be filled in automatically. It will be necessary to:
- fill in contact details,
- attach a scanned version of the identification document.
When receiving the certificate, you must visit the department with a passport.
If an authorized person is to receive the certificate, it is necessary to:
- select "By an authorized person" from the available options for the recipient of the certificate,
- enter the first and last name of the authorized person,
- attach a color photocopy of their passport.
Payment amount and procedure
To obtain a certificate of criminal record and search status, it is necessary to pay a state duty of 7,000 AMD, which also includes the Apostille authentication of the document.
The payment is carried out via one of the following methods:

via the E-payments system,

via bank transfer to the RA state budget account number: 900005163515400. In the purpose field of the transfer, you must specify "For the provision of a certificate on the presence of a criminal record or search status in the RA".
An additional fee is set for the delivery of the certificate by the RA MFA to the address specified by the applicant.

For delivery within the RA: 430 AMD.
Payment is carried out via:
- the E-payments system,
- bank transfer to the RA state budget account number: 900013196101. In the purpose field, specify "For individual postal delivery to citizens by the RA MFA - within the territory of the RA".
For delivery outside the RA: 11,000 – 25,000 AMD, depending on the country of delivery.

bank transfer to the RA state budget account number: 900013196093. In the purpose field, specify "For individual postal delivery to citizens by the RA MFA - outside the territory of the RA".
If it is not possible to make a transfer to these account numbers in the banking application, please select the "Transfer to the state budget" option.
Processing time and procedure
The certificate is provided within 5 working days after submitting the online application. To receive it, you must visit the Consular Department of the MFA at 3 Vazgen Sargsyan, Yerevan, with a passport. You must take a queue ticket on-site by selecting the "Receive" option on the device.
