Obtaining a certificate of not being recognized as incapacitated or having limited capacity
This document confirms that, at the time of application, there is no legally binding act by the courts of the Republic of Armenia recognizing the applicant as incapacitated or having limited capacity. The certificate is provided by the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia.
How to apply
To obtain the certificate, after clicking the "Continue" button, you must:
- register on e-request,
- select the "Send" button in the "Send an application, inquiry or complaint" window,
- select the "Application" option on the page that opens,
- follow the system instructions,
- in the "To whom are you addressing your letter?" field of the application page, select "Supreme Judicial Council",
- draft the application, attach the required data, and submit.
Required documents
To submit the application, you must attach an identification document, specifying your:
- first name,
- last name,
- address,
- phone number.
Payment amount and procedure
The certificate is provided free of charge.
Processing time and procedure
The certificate confirming that you have not been recognized as incapacitated or having limited capacity is sent to the applicant's email address within 5 working days after submitting the application.
The certificate is issued only in cases where the applicant has not been recognized as incapacitated or having limited capacity by a judicial act.
