Obtaining a certificate of not being recognized as incapacitated or having limited capacity
This document confirms that, at the time of application, there is no legally binding act by the courts of the Republic of Armenia recognizing the applicant as incapacitated or having limited capacity. The certificate is provided by the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia.
How to apply
To obtain the certificate, you must send an email to [email protected].
Required documents
The email must include a copy of your identification document and a free-form application stating your:
- First name and last name,
- Address,
- Phone number.
Payment amount and procedure
The certificate is provided free of charge.
Processing time and procedure
The certificate confirming that you have not been recognized as incapacitated or having limited capacity will be sent to your email address within 5 working days after submitting the application.
Please note that the certificate is only issued if there is no judicial act recognizing the applicant as incapacitated or having limited capacity.
