Register as a jobseeker
Anyone who is unemployed or has lost their job can apply for unemployment status and register as a jobseeker. Registered jobseekers receive notifications about job vacancies that match their professional qualifications.
Employed individuals looking for a new job can also register and receive updates on available job openings.
Follow these steps after clicking the "Continue" button:
First, you must register on the Unified Electronic Inquiry Platform. To do this:
- Visit e-request.am
- Click the “Login” button at the top-right corner of the page, then select the “Register Now” link at the bottom of the opened page.
- Register using "YesEm" identification or an email address.
- Enter citizenship details and complete the required information.
- Enter the verification codes sent to your email and mobile phone.
- Create a password and confirm it.
After registration, to register as a job seeker, follow these steps:
- Log in with “YesEm” identification or email and password.
- Click “Submit Application, Inquiry or Complaint” on the homepage.
- Select “Application” on the next page.
- Choose “Individual” as the applicant type.
- Select “Unified Social Service” as the receiving body.
- Fill in the application form, upload the required documents, and click “Next”.
The progress of the application can be tracked using the control code provided in the personal account.
Required documents
Applicants must upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- A written application with contact details (phone number, email address)
- Identification card or passport
- If an ID card is unavailable, a State Register certificate or social card
- Employment book or other documents confirming work experience
- If available, a university diploma or a document confirming professional qualifications
- For men, military service book
- For foreign citizens, residence card
- For stateless persons, residence certificate
- For refugees, a refugee certificate
Delivery period and procedure
After receiving the electronic versions of the documents, the Territorial Employment Center will review the submitted documents and confirm registration via email within 2 working days.
Once registered, the jobseeker will receive notifications about available job openings.
