Sign a Property Sales Contract at the Cadastre
A real estate sale contract is concluded when purchasing a property at the State Cadastre Committee.
The real estate sale contract is concluded at the Cadastre Committee in 2 written copies and is confirmed by the signatures of the parties.
To sign a real estate sale contract, you must visit the State Cadastre Committee and submit the required documents.
Requirements
The buyer and all property owners must be present while signing the real estate sale contract at the State Cadastre Committee.
Required Documents
To sign a property sales contract, the following documents must be submitted:
- Passports of the seller (all owners) and the buyer
- Certificate of ownership of the property
- Unified Reference Certificate

Contract Signing Procedure and Payment
- The contract is signed by the buyer, the seller, and, if available, other owners and is approved by a representative of the Cadastre Committee.
- The service is free.
Delivery Period and Procedure
The real estate sale contract is concluded in the presence of the buyers and is provided immediately.
