To sign a real estate sale contract, you must visit the State Cadastre Committee and submit the required documents.

Requirements

The buyer and all property owners must be present while signing the real estate sale contract at the State Cadastre Committee.

To sign a property sales contract, the following documents must be submitted:

Contract Signing Procedure and Payment

  • The contract is signed by the buyer, the seller, and, if available, other owners and is approved by a representative of the Cadastre Committee.
  • The service is free.

Delivery Period and Procedure

The real estate sale contract is concluded in the presence of the buyers and is provided immediately.
