Register the Home Ownership with the State Cadastre Committee
After signing the home purchase agreement with a notary, the right to ownership must be registered with the State Cadastre Committee of Armenia.
After clicking the "Continue" button:
For state registration of ownership of a home, it is necessary:
- Visit e-cadastre.am
- Log in to the system or use the “YesEm” identification method.
- Once logged in, go to the “State Registration” section and click on the “State Registration of Rights” button.
- On the next page, choose the type of transaction.
- Enter the home's address (you can also search using the real estate certificate number or cadastral code, which is a unique number assigned to the property). Then click “Next.”
- Set a deadline for completing the application, upload the required documents, submit the electronic application with your electronic signature, make the payment, and submit the application.
Requirements
Before registering the ownership, the State Property Registry will make a preliminary note on the property rights in the name of the person acquiring ownership, based on the notary's notification.
Required Documents
To register the right to purchase a home, you will need to provide:
- Passport or ID card
- Home purchase agreement
- Receipt for the state duty payment
Payment Amount and Procedure
The registration fee for purchasing the home is 50,000 AMD, plus a state duty of 3,000 AMD. The certificate of ownership will be issued within 4 working days.
For faster registration, the following options are available:
- 100,000 AMD for registration within 3 working days
- 150,000 AMD for registration within 2 working days
- 300,000 AMD for registration within 2 hours
Delivery Procedure and Deadline
The notification about the state registration of the purchase right will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the application. The certificate of ownership will be sent to the applicant’s email address within 4 working days of submission.
The notification will include the registration number and password, which can be used to check the property details online on the Cadastre Committee website.
