Assign a Driver to a Vehicle
If the vehicle owner did not commit the offense but was committed by another person driving the owner's vehicle at the time, the owner can assign the vehicle to the actual driver. In this case, the points will be deducted from the actual driver's points, not the owner's.
The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button.
To assign a car to another driver, you need:
- Visit roadpolice.am
- Click on the "for individuals" button
- In the owner field, fill in the social security card number (SSN), vehicle registration certificate number (technical passport number), and phone number.
- After entering the necessary data, an SMS message will be sent to the specified phone number, which must be filled in the opened box.
- Then, in the "Operation" section of the website, it is necessary to fill in the operator's (actual driver) data: SSN, driver's license, phone number,
- After entering the necessary data, an SMS message will be sent to the specified phone number, which must be filled in the opened box
- Then, the attached operator's data will be opened at the bottom of the screen.
By the way, it's easy to remove an operator by clicking the "Stop" button that appears next to their data, and at the same time, the operator will receive an SMS message about the termination of their operation.
The operator can similarly log in to the website, fill in their details, and see all the machines they are connected to.
Attention
- If the driver's 9 points are used up, the responsibility falls on the car owner, and the points are deducted from their points.
- If the driver's license expires, the points are again deducted from the vehicle owner's points.
