The registration address is recorded in the RA State Register, which is an information system for personal registration data.

A certificate of registration address can be obtained online or in person by scheduling a visit.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To register online, you need:

  • After identification, fill in the required data in the “Applicant Page” (first and last name must be filled in Armenian, as written in the passport) and click the “Next Page” button

  • In the “Place of Visit” field on the page that opens, select the preferred department or administration

  • In the “Additional Visitors” field, fill in the data of accompanying persons (for example, parents)

  • In the “Day and Time of Visit” section, select the most suitable option from the available days and times

Payment Amount and Procedure

To receive the certificate, you must pay 1,000 AMD. Payment is made on-site, via a terminal, or online. If you pay online, you must submit a receipt.

If the certificate is submitted to the Republic of Armenia state bodies, it is provided free of charge.
