The registration address is recorded in the RA State Register, which is an information system for personal registration data.

A certificate of registration address can be obtained online or in person by scheduling a visit.

You need digital identification to apply for this service.

Requirements

To obtain a certificate of registration address, you must:

Be registered at any address within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

To obtain an online certificate of registration address, you must:

Fill in personal data on the applicant page
Click the "Next Page" button
Select who the certificate is intended for (child or applicant)
Select which institution the certificate will be submitted to
Click the "Submit Application" button
Make the payment for the certificate on the "Payment" page

Payment Amount and Procedure

To receive the certificate, you must pay 1,000 AMD. Payment is made at the end of the online application on the "Payment" page.

Attention
If the certificate is submitted to the state bodies of the Republic of Armenia, it is provided free of charge.
