• Click on the "For physical persons" button
• Enter your public services number (social card number), driver's license number, and phone number in the user field
• After entering the required information, you will receive an SMS with a code sent to the specified phone number. Enter this code in the provided box.
• Then, go to the "Violations" section of the website to see all violations and fines associated with your driver's license.

On these platforms, you can view all decisions made, see imposed administrative fines, and track your penalty points balance. You can also subscribe to receive SMS notifications about administrative fines.

You can check a driver's administrative fines through mobile banking or payment terminals by entering vehicle information or the decision number received.

On the yerevan.am website, you can check violations related to paid parking lots using license plates or PIN codes.

Information about violations is also available through the “ROADPOLICE” Telegram bot from the RA Police. You need to register your vehicle on the online platform to receive notifications about violations.

If you have not had internet access for more than 24 hours, you can check violations in the Telegram bot by clicking the “View Violations” button. Please refer to the user guide for more information on using the service.
