Requirements

To qualify for the support program, applicants must:

• Be a VAT-paying organization or individual entrepreneur
• Purchase livestock from a farm or an individual
• Process the livestock in a slaughterhouse and sell meat
• Have no outstanding tax liabilities on the business day before submitting the application
• Have submitted VAT and excise tax reports for the previous 12 months, or for the months since VAT registration (if registered for less than 12 months).

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted to receive support:

• Application
• Certificate confirming the purchase of cattle, which must cover:
  • The last 3 months (for the first application)
  • The month before applying (for each subsequent application)
• Certificate based on tax invoices for the sale of meat from slaughtered cattle in the month before applying
• Copies of veterinary certificates for the transportation of cattle
• Names and details of business owner(s) or shareholders holding more than 10% of the shares, as well as their family members

Delivery Period and Procedure

• The submitted documents will be reviewed within 20 working days of submission.
• If the review is positive, a support provision contract will be signed between the business entity and the Ministry of Economy. The support amount will be transferred within 5 working days after the contract is signed.

Attention

• Applications must be submitted by the last working day of the month following the month of the activity.
• The program will be effective until December 30, 2027.
