Receive Support for Cattle Processing Plant
Under this program, VAT-paying organizations and individual entrepreneurs can receive compensation equal to 75% of the VAT paid to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
The program aims to:
- Support slaughterhouse processing
- Create fair competition conditions
- Ensure the supply of high-quality and safe meat products to the population

Requirements
To qualify for the program, applicants must:
- Be a VAT-paying organization or individual entrepreneur
- Purchase livestock from a farm or an individual
- Process the livestock in a slaughterhouse and sell meat
- Have no outstanding tax liabilities on the business day before submitting the application
- Have submitted unified VAT and excise tax reports for the previous 12 months, or for the months since VAT registration (if VAT-registered for less than 12 months).
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Application
- Certificate confirming livestock purchase, including:
- The last 3 months (for the first application)
- The month before applying (for subsequent applications)
- Certificate based on tax invoices for meat sales from slaughtered cattle in the month before the application
- Copies of veterinary certificates for the transportation of cattle
- Names and details of business owner(s) or shareholders with more than 10% of the shares, including family members
Delivery Period and Procedure
- The Ministry of Economy will review the submitted documents within 20 working days of receiving the application.
- If the review is positive, a support provision contract will be signed between the applicant and the Ministry. The support amount will be transferred to the business entity within 5 working days after signing the contract.
Attention
- Applications must be submitted by the last business day of the month following the month of the activity.
- The program is effective until December 30, 2027.
