If a traffic accident has occurred, it is necessary to notify the insurance company servicing the vehicle and register the accident.

You can also report the accident physically by contacting the insurance company servicing the vehicle and providing the details of the accident: damages, location, and other details.
If drivers do not have the ASWA app, photos of the accident can be sent via Viber, WhatsApp, or another app to the phone number specified by the insurance company.
