Get an Apostille Certification for Documents

Documents sent to countries that are part of the 1961 Hague Convention must be certified with an apostille.

In Armenia, only official documents issued and prepared in Armenia can be apostilled. Foreign documents cannot be apostilled in Armenia.

Apostille certification for documents can be obtained either online or physically.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

Attention:

Online applications are available for electronic certificates issued after 16 May 2021.

After clicking the "Continue" button

  • After identification, select "Fill out Application",
  • On the new page, enter the required details,
  • Enter the electronic document's control number, the issue date, and the country where it will be use,
  • Make the payment.

 

Payment Amount and Procedure

The fee for apostille certification is 7,000 AMD. Payment is made online during the application process.


Delivery Period and Procedure

The apostilled document will be sent by email within 1 working day. It can also be downloaded from the "Applications" section of the applicant's personal page.
