Obtain a Medical Worker’s Certificate as a Forcibly Displaced Person from Nagorno-Karabakh

Within the framework of the program, forcibly displaced healthcare workers from Nagorno-Karabakh can apply to obtain a medical worker’s certificate and subsequently find professional employment.

You can apply for this service by visiting the office in person.

Forcibly displaced healthcare workers from Nagorno-Karabakh can also apply for a medical worker’s certificate by visiting the National Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia (location: Komitas 49/4, Room 116; phone: +374 96 14 40 83).

Eligibility
All healthcare workers forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh are eligible to benefit from the program.

Required Documents
To obtain the certificate and later secure employment, attach the following documents to your email:

  • Passport or national ID card
  • Diploma
  • Existing certificates (if available)

Issuance Timeline and Procedure
After registration, the applicant's educational background and employment needs are assessed. A certificate is then issued. If necessary, the healthcare worker is offered retraining through continuing professional development (CPD) courses. 

Based on existing workforce demand, a relevant job opportunity is proposed. A list of currently available job vacancies can be found here.
