Within the framework of the program, forcibly displaced healthcare workers from Nagorno-Karabakh can apply to obtain a medical worker’s certificate and subsequently find professional employment.

Forcibly displaced healthcare workers from Nagorno-Karabakh can apply for a medical worker’s certificate by sending an email to [email protected] with the word “Artsakh” in the subject line of the email for faster processing.

Eligibility
All healthcare workers forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh are eligible to benefit from the program.

Required Documents
To obtain the certificate and later secure employment, attach the following documents to your email:

  • Passport or national ID card
  • Diploma
  • Existing certificates (if available)

Issuance Timeline and Procedure
After registration, the applicant's educational background and employment needs are assessed. A certificate is then issued. If necessary, the healthcare worker is offered retraining through continuing professional development (CPD) courses. 

Based on existing workforce demand, a relevant job opportunity is proposed. A list of currently available job vacancies can be found here.
