Receive a Unified Certificate of Property Owners
A unified certificate is required to obtain information about the owners of a property. This certificate lists all owners of the specified property and will also note any restrictions or seizures related to the property rights.
To register online and submit an application for a unified certificate, follow these steps:
- Open the Early One application.
- Select the “State” section.
- In the new window, select the “Cadastre Committee” section.
- Choose the branch.
- For submitting the application, select the “Submit Application” service.
- Choose your preferred time and click the “Reserve Ticket” button.
To collect the certificate once it is ready, follow a similar process and select the "Receive Document" service.
Required Documents
You will need to present an identification document when submitting an application to the Cadastre Committee.
Delivery Time
The certificate will be provided within 3 days of submitting the application.
Payment Amount and Procedure
To obtain a unified certificate, it is necessary to pay a state fee of 10,000 AMD.
Payment is made in one of the following ways:
- Through the E-payments system
- Bank transfer to the RA State Budget account number 900013220018. In the transfer's purpose field, enter "For providing a unified certificate on a real estate unit, excluding agricultural land or land for housing construction in the Shirak and Lori regions of Armenia under a state purchase contract."
If the bank app does not allow transfer to this account, please select the "Transfer to State Budget" option.
It is possible to receive the certificate earlier.
To receive it within 2 days, you need to pay 20,000 AMD and to receive it within 2 hours; you need to pay 60,000 AMD.
Attention:
The certificate is valid for 15 days.
