How to Register in the Electronic Citizenship Case Management System?

To register in the system via email, please visit mcs-citizenship.am and follow these steps:

• Click the "Register" button located in the top right corner of the website,
• on the opened page, select your status: ("RA Citizen," "Foreigner," "Refugee," or "Stateless Person"),
• enter your email address (this will be used for all official notifications),
• enter your contact phone number,
• create a password (must be at least 8 characters long).
• re-enter the password in the next field to confirm it,
• check the box to consent to the use of your data and the receipt of notifications,
• Click the verification link sent to your email address.
• upload a scan of your travel document (passport, refugee convention document, or stateless person convention document) and click the "Read Passport" button.
• carefully review the automatically scanned data to ensure all details are correct.

To access your personal account after clicking the "Finish" button, you need to:

• Click the "Log In" button,
• select your login status: ("RA Citizen," "Foreigner," "Refugee," or "Stateless Person"),
• complete the identity verification (Identification) or
• enter your email address and password.

To register through the "YeSem" identification platform, you must have:

• An Identification Card (ID card).
• An ID card reader or mID (Mobile ID).

Attention
Armenian citizens can register in the system exclusively through the "YeSem" national identification platform.

For individuals who are not citizens of Armenia, the following are required when registering via email:

• An email address,
• a phone number,
• a scan of your travel document (passport, refugee convention document, or stateless person convention document).
