State fees for Residency status will change starting November 1
Starting November 1, services related to obtaining residency status in the Republic of Armenia will be digitized. In tandem with these changes, new state fee rates will be established.
- The state fee for obtaining Temporary Residency status will be 150,000 AMD, up from the previous 105,000 AMD.
- The state fee for obtaining Permanent Residency status will be 250,000 AMD, up from the previous 140,000 AMD.
- A state fee of 30,000 AMD will be introduced for providing Certificate of legality of stay (this service is currently free of charge).
Additionally, beginning November 1, the collected state fee will not be refundable if the application for residency status is rejected.
