Three-month emergency assistance is rejected if:

• the applications submitted for insecurity assessment and for receiving three-month emergency assistance, along with the data or documents provided in them, do not meet the specified requirements,
• the monthly income per calculated family member exceeds 130 percent of the threshold defining eligibility for insecurity benefits set by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the given year,
• any active disqualifying condition is present, or the family's living condition assessment score is 0,
• the family has acquired the right to receive insecurity benefits,
• false or inaccurate data has been submitted by the applicant,
• three-month emergency assistance has already been granted to the family 3 times during the current year,
• a family member has not submitted an application and registered as a job seeker.

Three-month emergency assistance is terminated if:

• it is revealed that the submitted documents are false or inaccurate,
• the monthly income per family member exceeds the established permissible threshold,
• circumstances precluding the provision of assistance emerge, or the home condition assessment results in a score of 0,
• the family has acquired the right to receive insecurity benefits,
• the established 3-month period of assistance has expired,
• the sole member or all members of the family have died,
• the family has waived the assistance through an individual account,
• a family member has dropped out of compulsory education,
• a family member has mortgaged real estate.

Three-month emergency assistance may be granted in the same amount as a standard social benefit for a period of 3 months. This applies in cases where a family has not qualified for regular family or social benefits but still has a vulnerability score higher than 0.

The one-time emergency birth assistance is provided to families who are already eligible for family benefits at the time of a child's birth.

The amount of the one-time emergency birth assistance is AMD 500,000.

In the event of the death of a family member who was not a pensioner or a recipient of disability or old-age benefits, one-time emergency funeral assistance is provided to families who are eligible for family benefits.

A family eligible for poverty benefits at the time of application is entitled to one-time emergency assistance for a child entering first grade, provided that one of the family’s minor members has been enrolled in the first grade of a general education institution.

To receive the one-time emergency assistance for a child entering first grade, one of the adult members of the family must submit an application through their personal online account.

The one-time emergency assistance for a child entering first grade is paid during the month following the month of application.
