To make utility payments using the HayPost Pay application, you must register in the application.

To make utility payments via the HayPost Pay application, you need:

An email address and a mobile phone number.
A bank card.
The subscriber code for the utility service being paid, which can be found in the utility service contract or by contacting the operator of the respective utility service.

To make utility payments via the HayPost Pay application, you must attach your ID card or passport.

Utility service payments are confirmed within 1 business day after they are made.
