Apply to Become an Electricity Consumption Subscriber

There are two ways to use this service:

  • By submitting an application via email
  • By applying in person
You can apply for this service by visiting the office in person.

To submit an application for an electricity consumption subscription (provided on-site), it is necessary to physically visit the regional service offices of "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC.


Requirements

To subscribe, you must have a certificate of ownership or a certificate of the right to purchase the real estate. If the application is submitted by a tenant, written consent from the property owner is required.


Required Documents

In the email, you must specify the address of the property and attach the following documents:

  • Passport or identification card
  • Certificate of real estate ownership, or
  • Certificate of the right to purchase the real estate
  • In the case of a tenant: written consent from the property owner

Payment Amount and Procedure

Submitting a subscription application is free of charge.


Delivery period and Procedure

  • Within 15 business days after submitting the application, an inspector will carry out the necessary technical connections, and the applicant will become an electricity consumption subscriber.
  • After the connections are completed, a contract will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
  • Based on this contract, the applicant will subsequently make utility payments for electricity consumption. The payment code is typically the contract number or the subscriber’s phone number.
