To receive housing support, after clicking the "Continue" button, it is necessary to:

• select the corresponding program,
• fill in the suggested fields and submit the application.

About the Program

Housing provision support for families forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh is implemented through one of the following options:

• acquisition of an apartment, the right to purchase an apartment from a building under construction, or an individual residential house,
• construction of an individual residential house,
• support for the repayment of an existing mortgage loan (families with a mortgage loan active as of May 16, 2024, can benefit from this support program).

Requirements

A family forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh after September 27, 2020, can receive support if:

• all family members, including minors, have (obtained) RA citizenship,
• none of the family members own an apartment or a house in the RA as of September 19, 2023, or as of the date of application,
• the family is not a beneficiary of other housing provision programs.

The following can benefit from the program for acquiring an apartment, the right to purchase an apartment from a building under construction, or an individual residential house:

• families with 3 or more minor children,
• families with a member who is deceased, has lost a breadwinner, or has a 1st or 2nd group disability,
• families of any other composition whose members are considered creditworthy by the bank and receive an additional loan in the amount of at least 50% of the support.

The following can benefit from the program for constructing an individual residential house:

• families with 2 or more minor children,
• families with a member who is deceased, has lost a breadwinner, or has a 1st or 2nd group disability,
• families of any other composition whose members are considered creditworthy by the bank and receive an additional loan in the amount of at least 50% of the support.

The following can benefit from the program for the repayment of an existing mortgage loan if they had an active mortgage as of May 16, 2024, provided that for the acquired or constructed (under construction) real estate:

• the price does not exceed 55 million AMD,
• the living area is not less than 12 square meters per each member of the beneficiary family,
• the ownership right is registered in the names of all family members.

Amount of support

The support is provided per 1 family member (for example, if there are 5 members in the family, the specified amount is multiplied by 5, regardless of the family members' ages) in the following amounts:

• 5 million AMD, if the house/apartment is acquired or built in any of the following urban and rural settlements,
• 4 million AMD, if the house/apartment is acquired or built in any of the following urban and rural settlements,
• 3 million AMD, if the apartment is acquired or built in other settlements, except for the 1st and 2nd zones of Yerevan (the 1st and 2nd zones of Yerevan include the Small Center, other parts of the Kentron administrative district, and a section of the Arabkir administrative district),
• 2 million AMD, if the mortgage loan is already active and the property is not located in the 1st and 2nd zones of Yerevan.

If part of the support amount remains unspent after the planned expenses, that balance can be used for the following purposes:

• purchase of agricultural land: up to 5 million AMD,
• renovation of the acquired real estate: up to 4 million AMD,
• purchase of furniture and household appliances: up to 2 million AMD.

Procedures for Provision

After the review of the application and the approval of the support, a QR code (a special code through which the applicant will be identified at the bank) is sent to the email address specified by the applicant. This code must be presented to a preferred participating bank to begin the process.

Attention

• The support is completely terminated if one or two minor members of the family, who are under 55 years of age, are not present in Armenia for 183 days or more during the same year.
• The support is not terminated if family members are absent due to studying at one of the world's top 400 universities, a civil aviation or military educational institution, or serving a sentence as a convicted prisoner.
