Choose or Change the Cumulative Pension Fund and the Fund Manager

When starting a new job, citizens have the right to choose one of two fund managers and one of the three available funds. However, if the citizen does not make a choice within 30 working days, the system will automatically and randomly select one of the managers' conservative fund types.

Transferring accumulated funds from one fund to another with the same manager is free of charge. Transferring funds between the two managers is also free once per year. If the accumulated funds are transferred more frequently, a fee of 1% of the transferred amount will be charged.

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To choose your pension fund and manager, follow these steps after clicking the "Continue" button:

Click the "Identification" button
Complete the identification process
In the window that opens, click on "My Applications"
Choose the "Pension Fund and Fund Manager Selection Application"
In the fields that open, select your fund manager and fund
Save your choice

Requirements

The accumulation of pension savings is mandatory for citizens born after 1974. However, citizens can also voluntarily join the pension system.

Delivery period and procedure

Changes or selections of pension funds are confirmed within 5 working days after submitting the application.
