Apply for Preliminary and Secondary Vocational Education

The process of applying to a preliminary or secondary vocational educational institution, filling out application forms, and submitting the required documents to the institution is carried out electronically.

The following steps must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:

To submit an application form, you need to:

  • Log in to the system at dimord.emis.am,
  • Select the educational institution and the preferred specialty,
  • A window will display information about the number of tuition-free and paid places available, and whether an entrance exam is required for the selected specialty,
  • Confirm your selection by clicking the "Confirm" button at the bottom-right corner of the window,
  • After confirmation, fill in the required fields in the opened application form and attach the necessary documents.

Required documents

  • Passport or ID card, or birth certificate,
  • Public Services Number (Social Card),
  • Education certificate/diploma (basic or secondary),
  • Photograph.

Payment Amount
To submit an application to a secondary vocational educational institution, a fee of 1,000 AMD must be paid to the bank account specified on the registration page of the application system. The payment receipt must be attached in the corresponding field on the same page.

Submission Timeline and Procedure
After confirming and submitting the application, the system will provide a PIN code that the applicant can later use to log into their personal page to track the status of the application, edit information if needed, or cancel the application.

The educational institution will approve or reject the application within 3 working days, indicating the reason, which the applicant can see on their personal page. If an entrance exam is required for the selected specialty, the institution will also send the exam date and time, which will appear in the personal page.
