How to Apply

After clicking the "Continue" button to enroll a child in school:

• the applicant is identified,
• performs the subsequent steps of the application,
• signs the application,
• enters into a contract with the school.

Attention

• After registering, it is necessary to go to the "Subsystems" section and click on the "First Grade Enrollment" or "High School Enrollment" subsection.
• In case of technical problems during registration or enrollment, call 010-57-84-53.

Requirements

• First Grade Enrollment: Parents with RA or foreign citizenship can apply to enroll their child if the child is 6 years old or turns 6 by December 31 of the given year inclusive. Admission of younger children to an educational institution is prohibited.
• High School Enrollment: Parents with RA or foreign citizenship can apply to enroll their child if the child is between 14 and 17 years old.

Required data

If you do not have "YesEm" identification and are registering in the system, you must enter the following data:

• Public Services Number (Social Security card number),
• first name, last name,
• date of birth.

When organizing admission, priority is given to:

• children who have a sibling currently studying in that school,
• children from vulnerable families living near the school, under guardianship, with disabilities, or with parents with disabilities (in this case, the application and the certificate from the Unified Social Service must be sent to [email protected]),
• children of state system employees relocated to another settlement within the territory of the Republic of Armenia for at least 6 months,
• children of employees of that school.

Enrollment takes place in 3 phases for first-graders and in 2 phases for high school.

Attention

• Testing a child's knowledge during admission to the first grade of a public school is prohibited.
• Admission of children with special educational needs to an educational institution is carried out on a general basis.

Provision period and procedure

After enrollment, the signed contract is generated immediately.
