Apply for Excise Stamps and Labels
Excise stamps and/or labels are issued based on an electronically submitted application and a report on the use of previously received excise stamps and labels as of the date of application.
Stamps and labels may be obtained by an individual authorized by the organization that submitted the application, an individual entrepreneur, or a person authorized by him/her.

To apply for the issuance of excise stamps or labels or to submit a report, you must have:
- Digital signature
- Identification card
- Identification card reader
The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button
- Register or log in to your personal page
- Select the “Reports” section, from where:
- No. 247 “Application and usage report for the provision of excise stamps and (or) labels with the inscription “Local”
- No. 248 “Application and usage report for the provision of excise stamps and (or) labels with the inscription “Imported”
- Fill in the required data, after which the report will appear in the “Temporarily Remember” section (it is still possible to edit it there),
- After completion, click the “Register” button, and the report will appear in the “Completed Reports” section,
- Then, download the completed report, sign it with a digital signature, download it again, and submit it.
Delivery Time
Stamps or labels will be provided within 3 business days of submitting the application.
