Get Support in Case of Urgent Need
Within the framework of urgent need registration, individuals are provided with food, shelter, household items, or care support.
How to apply
The following steps should be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:
- Log into the system by entering your username and password,
- select the "Difficult Life Situation" section from the "Services" menu,
- select the "Urgent Need Registration" section,
- fill in all required information,
- select 5 types of necessary needs,
- click "Confirm."
When applying for urgent need registration, individuals can receive:
- shelter,
- food,
- clothing,
- footwear,
- supportive devices (prosthetic and orthopedic items),
- hygiene products,
- diapers/pads,
- bed (mattress),
- bedding,
- household items,
- medication,
- school supplies,
- psychological support,
- care.
Attention
An individual can select only 5 of the provided support types.
Processing timeline and procedure
After submitting the application for support, the applicant will receive an email notification confirming that the request has been accepted.
The notification will also state that a social worker will contact the applicant within 5 working days. Through this notification, the applicant will also receive a tracking number to check the status of the application on their personal page.
