How to apply

After clicking the "Book a Visit" button to restore a driver's license, it is necessary to:

• select the "Accounting and Exam Services" section,
• enter the Public Services Number and telephone number,
• select the service for restoring a driver's license deprived without exams,
• specify the preferred registration and examination unit,
• book the date and time of the visit,
• fill in the email address to which the queue code will be sent.

Requirements

To get the license back without taking exams, the application must be submitted within 1 year after the expiration of the deprivation period.

Attention
Persons deprived of their driving rights after January 1, 2020, can also restore their deprived driver's license without taking exams.

Required documents

On the pre-selected day, it is necessary to present the following to the territorial unit:

• passport or identification card,
• receipt of payment of the state duty in paper form.

Payment amount and procedure

Payment is made through banks, payment terminals, or electronic applications:

• The state duty for restoring a driver's license is 50,000 AMD.

• If the old driver's license cannot be returned (expired, lost, or damaged), the following state duty amounts apply to obtain a new one:

  • 12,000 AMD for a plastic license,
  • 6,000 AMD for a digital license.

Provision period and procedure

• After checking the documents, the driver's license is activated on the spot.
• After restoration, a 1-year probation period is established with 6 penalty points.
