Fill out the passenger list for trips from Armenia to Georgia
Drivers of private buses, taxis, and individual vehicles with Armenian license plates traveling to Georgia for non-regular trips must carry a special document listing all passengers when transporting more than 5 people. The driver must carry the list during the whole trip.

Submission and use
After filling out the form online, the driver must print it and keep it with them during the entire trip. It must be shown at the border if requested.
