Required Documents

On the day and time of the planned visit, it is necessary to submit the following documents:

• Application in the name of the Head of the Migration and Citizenship Service and its copy (3 copies)
• Photocopies of the pages with photo, personal, and validity data of the national passport
• 2 photos measuring 35x45mm
• Photocopy of the lost special passport (if any)
• Receipt of state duty payment

Payment Amount and Procedure

• In case of loss of a special passport, it is necessary to pay 75,000 AMD to obtain a new passport.
• In case of its unusability or data changes, it is provided free of charge.

Payment can be made on-site, via a POS terminal, online, at any bank by transferring to account number 900005162111, as well as through the banking application (if you are unable to transfer to this account number in the banking application, please select the "Transfer to state budget" option).

Delivery Time and Procedure

The new special passport is issued within 5-10 days.

To obtain a passport, you must visit the Unified Public Services Office located at 3 Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
