The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:

• Visit e-cadastre.am
• Fill in the data to enter the system or go through the "YesEm" identification.
• After identification, select the "State Registration" section, then the "State Registration of Rights" button.
• On the opened page, select the type of transaction
• Indicate the address of the real estate (the search can also be performed by the real estate certificate number or cadastral code, which is the unique number assigned to the given property), fill in the appropriate fields, then click the "Next" button
• Indicate the deadline for completing the application, attach the necessary documents, upload the application with an electronic signature, pay, and submit the application.

Requirements

Before state registration of the right, the State Register of Real Estate, upon notification by a notary, makes a preliminary note on the property right in the name of the person acquiring the right of ownership over the property.

Required Documents

To register the right to purchase a property, you must submit:

• Passport or identification card
• Contract for the acquisition of the right to purchase a property
• Receipt for payment of the state duty

Payment Amount

For registration of the right to purchase an apartment, a state registration service fee of 50,000 AMD and a state duty of 3,000 AMD are charged. The certificate of right is issued within 4 business days.

At the applicant's request, registration can also be expedited for an additional fee.

• 100,000 AMD in 3 business days
• 150,000 AMD in 2 business days
• 300,000 AMD in 2 hours

Delivery Procedure and Deadline

The notification of state registration of the right to purchase a property is sent to the email address and phone number specified in the application, and the certificate of the right to purchase is sent to the email address four business days after the application.

The notification indicates the registration number of the right and the password, through which information about the specified property can be checked online on the Cadastre Committee's website.
