To register as a physical individual entrepreneur, you must apply to any Legal Entities Registration Service Center.

Required Documents

• Passport or identification card (if you are not a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, the passport must be submitted with a notarized Armenian translation)
• Receipt confirming the payment of the state duty (payment is made on-site through a payment terminal)

Payment Amount and Procedure

• A state fee of 3,000 AMD is set for registering a physical individual entrepreneur.
• Payment can be made via a payment terminal or the e-payments.am electronic payment system

Delivery Period and Procedure

After submitting the documents and selecting the type of activity, the private enterprise is immediately registered, and the registration statement is sent to the e-mail address provided by the individual (at his/her request; it can also be provided in person).
