Registering Divorce for RA Citizens in Armenia
An application for divorce can be submitted if the marriage was registered at the Civil Status Acts Registration (ZAGS) of the Republic of Armenia, at RA consulates operating abroad, or in a foreign country, provided there is jurisdiction established by international treaties.
A divorce certificate is issued upon the state registration of the divorce. If necessary, a duplicate of the certificate can also be obtained online (including duplicates of paper certificates issued before 2021).
