How to Apply

To register the ownership right of a vehicle, you need to:

• agree on the sale price,
• after clicking the “Continue” button, follow the subsequent steps and sign the online sale contract.

Attention
At present, signing the sale contract online is only possible through “YesEm” mobile identification (How to obtain “YesEm” mobile identification).

Requirements

The ownership right of a vehicle can be registered online only if the following conditions are met:

Both the buyer and the seller must have “YesEm” mobile identification.

• Both the buyer and the seller must have a driver’s license.
• The transaction must be initiated by the seller.
• The vehicle being sold must have only a “regular” license plate (12,000 AMD) or a “preferred” license plate (36,000 AMD), which will remain unchanged as a result of the sale.

Required Information

When using the service, you will need to provide:

• your email address,
• your mobile phone number,
• the sale price of the vehicle.

Payment Amount and Procedure

The vehicle price and payment procedure are agreed upon by the buyer and the seller. The value of the vehicle is not paid during the transaction.

Taxes and duties related to the sale are calculated and paid at the time of the transaction in the following amounts:

By the buyer:

• 5,000 AMD – for the registration transaction,
• 6,000 AMD – for the registration certificate.

By the seller:

• accumulated property tax,
• a duty equal to horsepower × 150 AMD, if the vehicle is sold within 1 year after purchase.

Delivery Time and Procedure

The ownership right of the vehicle is transferred from the moment the online contract is signed by both the buyer and the seller.
