How to Apply

To sign digital documents using a "YesEm" Mobile ID (mID) SIM card, simply enter the 6-digit PIN code that appears on your mobile screen. This code is created during your visit to the mobile operator's service center.

The following information outlines the sequential steps for activating an electronic signature using a physical ID card.

Activating the E-Signature via ID Card

After clicking the "Continue" button, follow these steps as outlined in the guide:

• Download the necessary software.
• Activate the ID card's PIN and PUK codes.

Requirements

You must have

• A valid ID card issued before February 15, 2023 (chip-enabled), as well as your PIN and PUK codes.
• An ID card reader device.

Attention
The desktop software required for the digital signature is currently only compatible with the Windows operating system.

Payment Amount and Procedure

The digital signature service is free of charge.

Delievery Period and Procedure

In the case of a "YesEm" mobile ID SIM card, the electronic signature is activated immediately, while in the case of an ID card, the service can be used after downloading the corresponding software on the computer.
